Far too often, people get a “mental health” diagnosis and are told little can be done; that the best they can hope for is to manage symptoms with medication. We know that’s rarely true, and on October 8-10, 2021 we were able to bring together more than 40 extraordinary experts and resource providers who shared messages of hope and healing. The Integrative Mental Health Summit was an online event where we discussed options, and shared cutting edge resources, for treating and overcoming a mental health diagnosis. Anxiety, Depression, Autism, Alzheimer's, Addiction, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Behavioral Disorders, and much more - whether you’re a healthcare practitioner looking for innovative new treatment ideas, someone struggling with your own mental health, or someone looking for answers and resources for a loved one, this event was for you.
And it still is!!! Click on the image above or visit the Summit registration website at integrativementalhealthsummit.org to make a $150 (or more) donation that grants you VIP access to all 26 session recordings from the conference, as well as all the resources offered by the conference presenters and sponsors, for an entire year. You will also get announcements and access for our series of monthly special events and workshops, intended to keep the conversation that we started at IMHS 2021 going until our next conference in 2022.
Mensah Research Institute has partnered with Journey's Dream to develop and host the Integrative Mental Health Summit and series. Journey’s Dream shows people the path to sustained mental health by sharing leading-edge resources and providing education and programs that support mental resilience and restored wellness. Their efforts include the weekly On Your Mind podcast and hosting Amity, an online mental health support community.
Proceeds from the Integrative Mental Health Summit and series will support the important work of both Mensah Research Institute and Journey's Dream, including our collective efforts to host future conferences, events, and workshops and to provide additional resources.
